Nutrient Density Score Chart

This little chart is pretty much all you need to figure out what is good to eat, what is better and what is best.

If you choose foods from the green and yellow charts first and then add some foods from the gold chart on the far right in moderation- you will be eating healthy.  So easy.

now- go buy some Kale!

  1. i'm surprised by the bad rank of olive oil! i 've always thought it was healthy.

  2. it is really good for you (as far as oils go) His nutrient density chart takes into account calories/nutrients per serving size. Oil is going too be high in fat and calories no matter what
